Meet Chef Anthony

Anthony Baute didn't just learn to cook paella — he fell in love with it. Drawing on years of immersion in traditional Spanish culinary culture, Anthony founded Love Paella to share that passion with Miami and beyond. Every pan he prepares is a tribute to the flavours, textures, and warmth of a Spanish family gathering.

Today, Anthony and his team bring that same devotion to weddings, corporate events, private parties and everything in between — making every celebration taste like it was made with love.
